Our first customer was a for-hire trailer repair shop that managed their customer's fleets. And it's through this heritage and understanding of what for-hire repair shops need that has allowed our product to spread mainly through word-of-mouth recommendations. When a customer arrives at your door either because of a PM reminder or a drop-in, you can bring up their unit and select from a set of service programs to get the job started. If your customer needs an estimate first, just press the estimate button, and give your customer the document. As the work progresses, you can monitor your technicians productivity by comparing estimated time against actual hours. And finally, once the parts have been issued, you can review the job, make changes to "professionalize" your invoice before it's emailed or printed for your customer. And if you have our accounting module, you can tie all of this back to the customer's credit.
Efficiency
With our repair shop software, you can select your unit, and then select from you library of service programs to start your repair. From one click, you can also start your technician on the job rather than sending them to the time station.
Multi-Location
Our repair shop software is designed with multiple locations in mind. From one screen, you can monitor the work at all of your repair locations. We also extend this same software architecture to handle customers who have more than 30 mobile technicians.
Search
Quickly work through your open repair orders to get an understanding of your work-in-progress. Being able to understand what is happening in your shop allows you to manage it.
Mobile Technicians
Often times, when you're handling fleet business, you're also running mobile technicians to service these fleets. We've also got an add-on module that is specific to handling the Mobile Repair Order.
Be able to track the progress of the repair order from opening, to ready for invoice, to approval and finally to invoicing. This work flow can be customized based on our system parameters to reduce the number of steps to go from open to invoice.
