Set up your customer's contract pricing on both service and parts. Service contracts allow you to set up general rates as well as unit specific rates. For instance, specialty work like engine repairs can be charged at a higher rate compared to standard PM work. We can also help you mark up parts based on our cost matrix setup. And of course, you can set up shop charges as a percentage of your repair activities or parts, as well as setting up a maximum shop charge.
Service Rates
You can set up different activity rates based on the contracts you negotiate with your customer. The rates can be set up by facility, unit groups and specific employees.
Part Rates
For part markups, in our repair shop software, you can use our formulas to markup based on price range of parts, specific groups of parts, or even override the exact price that your customer will pay. There is a 7 level hierarchy which we use on determining the customer specific part price.
Infinite Levels
You can set up as many pricing levels as you want. Typically, most customers set up on 5-6 different contract rates. If you do have some creative custom contracts, you can create as many as you want.
