To fully utilize this option, we can help turn on a feature that helps proportionate each employee's separated charge times once the activity charge hours have been overridden.

By doing this, it will allow a comparison of each employee's actual hours and charge hours, along with their hourly cost, which ultimately will measure their profitability and margins.
