All EMDECS Administrative users can create program restrictions at two levels, role restriction and user restrictions.

Role Restrictions, will restrict all users within a particular role to certain program or menus using Admin> System Administration and Security> Assign Menu Access to Roles. Within these roles the administrator can further restrict the users to have different access than the role that they belong to, using Admin> System Administration and Security> Assign Menu Access to Users.

These features are useful if the corporation would like to restrict employee’s from accessing certain information
