Here's a short check list on setting up a GL account in our Repair Shop Software:
- Add the new GL account record using menu Financial>Standard Codes>Chart of Accounts.
- Map the GL account if necessary using one of the menus from Financial>GL Interface.
- Add the GL account to your Financial Reports setup and make sure it's included in the necessary subtotal calculations.
