Our reservation screen is color coded to help you visualize the availability of your fleet. We use 8 statuses to track the rental lifecycle. We start from the point of reserving a unit, until the point when it is returned. We also help identify whether the unit is due for a PM service, and are even able to track open-ended reservations. Open-ended reservations are those that don't have a return date. Essentially, these units should be with the customer for life.
Which Unit?
Rental terms, status, and other details show on the reservation banner, and the information required to evaluate the suitability of the unit to the rental can be accessed at the press of a button.
Quote
With the press of a button, you can generate a quote right from this screen.
Confirm
When the unit has been confirmed with the customer, you can mark down other notes related to the reservation, and these can be viewed at the point of turning the reservation into a contract.
