Usually, once the customer agrees to the terms, we want to book the equipment in advance. Once the equipment is booked, the next step is to get the contracts ready for signature when the customer arrives. If the unit is due for a PM, or other service work, or it's been damaged in an accident, you should be able to know right when the unit is being booked. And the starting point of all this work is with our reservation screen.
