With our rental and leasing software, our users can now record deposits made by their customers when renting or leasing out their units. This is easily done in one simple step by the user. A receipt is automatically generated and can be printed out for the customer.
With this new feature, we also show the deposit amount on the customer's rental agreement printout. This way, both parties have an official document specifying the amount of the deposit. Please contact Perfit Support to implement this into your rental or lease agreements.
