When we looked at our time tracking, we asked "wouldn't it be better if you could see your time in a calendar instead of as records?". This way, you could see whether you did indeed capture the time you expected.
Daily, Weekly, Monthly and List
In the mobile repair order software, there are four different ways to view your time sheets. These four icons are grouped together on the top left.
Ending Your Shift
When your shift is done, just click "End Shift". The next time you start an activity, your shift will start automatically.
Safe
This screen is safe to use because you can't change your timesheet. If you do need to adjust the entries, just contact your service manager and they can do this in the back office system.
Today
If you get lost, don't worry. In our mobile repair order software, just click the "Today" button. You can also scroll left and right based on whether you are in the Daily, Weekly, Monthly or List views. Just click the left and right arrows.
