If you are working with the Mobile Repair Order on a tablet PC, you can capture a signature before the repair is sent back to your main office. You could also use a WACOM tablet as well. Your customer can view a summary of the work before they sign it. And when they get the invoice, they can see the signature.

After you've finished your work, you can ask the customer to sign the repair order. We show the customer a summary on the left, and they can click the "sign" button on the right. It really couldn't be easier.
Sign Again
If the signature doesn't look right. Just click the "Re-sign" button and get the customer to sign again.
Where Does It Go?
The signature will show up on the customer's invoice. This is handled by the back office application.
