Adding activities couldn't be any easier. Gone are the days when you had to memorize your VMRS codes. Instead, we've turned them into clickable icons so that you can quickly find the activity you want. In our mobile repair order software, just click the icon, and we'll create the activity line, and start your time. It really is that simple.
VMRS
The icons are based on the ATA VMRS Codes (American Trucking Association, Vehicle Maintenance Reporting Standards). The main icon is known as the system level, and the drop down selection contains the assembly level.
Adding Notes
In our mobile repair order software, you can add notes when you click on the arrow beside your activity description. In there, you can also change the description if you'd like. And you can also click on the "Detach" button to show a much bigger view of your activities.
PM & Reminders
If your unit has a PM or the service writer has added a service reminder for your unit, it will show up at the top of the list. You can't miss it.
Removing Activities
The system allows you to remove your current activity line only. To do this, in our mobile repair order software, click the red 'x', and then click the "trash" can. Once you click the trash can, the activity is removed. If you changed your mind before you click the trash can, just click the sideways icon to undo.
