Once you have your activity, you can issue parts by typing a code or description, or even easier, just scan your part's barcode. We re-use the same barcode cross reference that you've setup on your existing application. If you make a mistake, no problem. Just drag the part to the activity line you wanted, or just delete it.
Scan
In our mobile repair order software, we re-use the same barcode cross reference that is setup in the back office system. So if your part has a label that is scannable in the shop, it can also be scanned here. Just move your cursor into the "Part Number" field, and scan.
Forgiveness
If you happen to issue the part to the wrong activity, just drag the part and drop it on the right service. Since this system is real-time, if you can't figure it out, your service manager can always re-organize the parts for you. As soon as they save the work, you can see the fixed data.
Removing Parts
To remove a part, click the 'x' on the parts you want to remove, and then click the trash can. If you removed parts by mistake, just issue the part again.
Change Quantity
If you need to change the quantity, in our mobile repair order software, just click the quantity field and change it. Really, it's that easy.
