Fleet Maintenance Software

The number one concern of any Fleet Manager is availability. When a unit is down longer than necessary, it costs your company revenue. No one wants to receive the call from dispatch on when their equipment can get back in service. So what our Fleet Maintenance Software does is help you get your equipment out of your shop as quick as possible, while helping you manage predictable maintenance work such as PMs and any work that was deferred from previous repair orders. If we can help you stock and manage your inventory, then time spent waiting for parts can be reduced significantly. As you replace parts, with our Fleet Maintenance Software, you'll be able to track your warranties and cores further drives your company's bottom line. Of course, all of this information feeds into your cost per mile, cost per hour or even cost per ft2 concrete poured based reports to help you identify units that might cost you more to operate than the revenue that it generates.

Fleet Maintenance Management Software Service Repair Order

Real-Time

Be able to track your mechanic hours, and view part issues on a real-time basis. As soon as a mechanic switches from job to job, you can monitor it on your desktop. As soon as parts are issued, you can see what you might need to replenish.

Time Tracking

See which technician has logged time to this order, and see the actual time on the screen. You can also compare it against the target completion to see whether you might have over-promised on the job.

Pictures

Take a picture of the unit, and upload it. It's really that easy.

Multi-Location

If you've got multiple locations where you service your vehicles, then no problem, our systems are designed to handle multi-location fleet repair facilities. The benefit of our Fleet Maintenance Software is that all of your unit history is stored in the same database, and as data is entered at each location, you can view it in a real-time basis.

Accounting Interface

Whether you are using our accounting module, or interfacing to your back office accounting system, you can either use the default GL account mappings, or override them for each repair order. This is especially helpful when you want to designate your costs to certain job sites or even split the work between capital repair vs. maintenance repair. Our support group can help you configure our Fleet Maintenance Software to help you decide how to create the right GL mappings so that your interface works as per your accounting practices.

VMRS Based

For cost reporting purposes, in our Fleet Maintenance Software, we make use of the VMRS coding standard from the American Trucking Association. These codes allow us to do cross branded performance comparison, as well as provides you with the information to determine whether certain activities are costing more than expected. Both technician hours and parts costs follow the coding of the activity to provide you with accurate costs by unit.
