The heart of the fleet maintenance software is the repair order. This is where we track work orders, activities, parts, and mechanic time. From this one screen, you can view all the work in progress, and just click on the repair order you want to view. To start an new repair, select the unit and then select both the service and parts from your service programs. You can even create a new repair based on repair history. We try to save you keystrokes from having to enter the same information.
Service Programs
Create Service Programs to standardize the activity estimates and parts required for certain jobs. These programs can be assigned to different groups of units. This way, when you create repair orders, it makes it easy to use these unit specific standards.
Readings
When you enter a unit reading such as an odometer, hubometer, engine hour, etc, we check to make sure a valid reading is captured. We can help validate based on daily limits that can be set up on the equipment master, and we also allow you to keep track of meters, and reset meters as necessary.
Start Technician
As soon as you create a new repair order, you can start the technician on the job immediately. This single button click allows you to send the technician to the job rather than to the time scan station. One less trip for the technician to make.
