Date, Readings or All
We provide PM Notifications based on date, readings or all. For instance a unit can be set up with a PM due every 30 days at 15,000 Miles or 250 Engine Hours. The combination's are limitless. We even have customers that track chain saws maintenance.
Tolerance
All PM schedules can be set up with tolerance. This means that although a unit is due in 30 days, we can start the notification at day 23. That gives you a full week to get that unit back to the shop.
Create Repair Orders
From our PM screens, you can create a Repair Order with just one click. The fleet maintenance software will book the activities and parts based on a service program, or if nothing is setup yet, we can determine the work based on past history. We don't issue the parts yet. We do place them on the repair order so that the technician doesn't forget.
Instant Notification
As soon as you start creating a repair order for a unit where PM is due, we'll popup a message to remind you to take action. The prompt cannot be by-passed until you click "Ok".
