With our fleet maintenance software, we provide all the tools you need to track the life-cycle of a part. From the point where it was placed on a requisition to when its ordered, received, placed on the unit, and when it might have to flow through the warranty system. And with all of these transactions, we provide history query screens so that it is easy to trace your parts down to the transaction of interest. In addition, there are also tools to manage your physical count cycle and the parts you have in inventory.
Physical Count
Organizing and printing count sheets are easily done with our physical inventory count screens. This way you can print out sheets by location, spread them to your counters, and then capture the quantities as the sheets are returned. Stay tuned, because we are adding the capability to give each counter a small laptop, and just do the count real-time.
Idle Inventory
Have you ever wished that your fleet maintenance software could suggest the parts you could return instead of just worrying about what parts to order? Well, your wish has been answered. Based on just two inputs, we can figure out which parts have sat in your inventory and create a credit order. Of course, you'd have to review this list with your supplier before you can return them. We're good, but not that good.
Replenishment
We provide different formulas to help you manage your part replenishment. And this can be set on a part by part basis. For people who have a smaller inventory, you can order based on usage. If you use one, then we make sure to order another. We also have other traditional controls such as Min/Max, Just-In-Time, and a 90-day trend analysis. Of course, non-stock parts can be kept off the replenishment list.
