When we designed the Fleet Maintenance Management Software, we spent a lot of time in the shop talking to fleet managers to truly understand what a Fleet manager needs to run their shop. And what we did was follow the work flow of a unit from the time the driver lets the shop manager know of any issues with the unit up to when the unit is ready to be put back into service.
Drill-Down
One of the best features we have is the way you can drill down from one screen to another. When you double-click the unit number, we bring you to the Equipment Master. When you double-click a PO number, we bring you to the purchase order. When you double-click on the part number, we bring you to the Item Master. All of our control numbers are drill-down capable.
One Screen
Everything is in one screen. You can use the Work-In-Progress area to track jobs across multiple facilities. The tabs across the top let you get into the details of the job you selected. The more our users are familiar with our screen, the faster and more efficient they get. They don't need to switch their view to get the information they need.
Notifications
As you create repair orders, we will notify you when a PM is due as well as whether there are service reminders on the unit. Service reminders are typically captured from driver reports, or if work was deferred from a previous repair order.
