Fleet Maintenance Software

Here is a convenient tip for fleet maintenance and repair shop users who are doing their year end inventory count.  When generating all the parts to count in the system, there may be many pages and parts where there simply is no onhand quantity.  Instead of manually going through all those items and typing a zero into the count value, which can by quite time consuming, you can just leave them blank.  And prior to Posting the physical count, you can simply select the option "Zero for blank P. Counts" to have the system automatically set all blank values to have a zero count.
