Avoid entering certain equipment reading mistakes by setting a Maximum Per Day limit for that type of reading. Select Admin>Standard Equipment Codes>Maintenance Trigger Class, choose the type of reading (ex. odometer or engine hours) and set a Maximum Per Day allowance. This way, if a reading entry is accidentally keyed with a value that is too high, EMDECS will alert you.
