Utilize the security roles capabilities of EMDECS to allow users access only to the areas of the system that they require. Each role that is setup can be customized to access only specific areas of the EMDECS program. Assign an employee username to a role in order to simplify the employee’s use of the system and to ensure overall security by protecting sensitive data and setup options.
