If you find yourself stuck on a screen and not sure what to do, don't worry, we have an extensive online manual.  For example, if you are on the Mileage Reading screen and are unsure how to change a reading for your unit, press F1 and the live help for that screen will pop up!  The pop up help screen will show for every screen in our program.

This is one of several usable tools we provide our users for quick and easy troubleshooting so that you can spend more time managing your shop rather than on the phone trying to figure out the program.  If you do need to speak to our Support team, we would be more than happy to help you.
