Kenton Ho is the President at Perfit. He joined the company in 1998 after finishing his degree in engineering at the University of Waterloo. Under the direction of Kenton, Perfit has successfully de-coupled software design from engineering, while implementing Continuous Integration processes to produce high quality code. He is passionate about technology and the application of the latest user experience philosophies to the products being created at Perfit.

He was nominated for the top speaker award at ODTUG in 2008, and is still on the Top Author list on the ODTUG website.

Joseph Ho is the past-President of Perfit Computer Systems Group Inc. He founded the company in 1996 with the vision of modernizing the transportation industry through the application of software technology. He believes that people working on "green" screens and paper deserve better tools to be more efficient in getting their job done. Through this vision, he has directed the development of the EMDECS applications and has since successfully transitioned his debt-free profitable company to his son.
